Service Description
This service provides a solution for Tecno, Infinix, and iTel devices that are restricted due to MDM (Mobile Device Management) lock. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before proceeding.
Service Policy
- Strict No-Refund Policy: All orders are NON-REFUNDABLE in the event of incorrect or ineligible submissions.
- Ensure the IMEI number matches exactly the one displayed on your device’s lock screen, as well as the IMEI printed on the back cover or original box. Do not submit if they differ—no refunds will be issued.
- This service is only for clean devices. Requests for lost, stolen, or blacklisted devices will be rejected with no refund.
- Verify that your device is in the exact same state as shown in the sample image below.
- If your request is rejected because it was previously submitted through another service, please wait 30 days before submitting a new request to us.

Service Duration
The unlocking process takes between 1 to 2 hours during working hours only. Please note that the service is unavailable on Saturdays and Sundays.
